Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
Collaborate closely with team to facilitate smooth service during peak hours.
Restock/replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Strong cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food/beverage handling practices and food safety regulations.
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred 5 years minimum.
Excellent/high energy customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to adapt/work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with handling cash/credit card payment methods.
Ensures smooth operation of bar services.
Attention to detail and presentation.
