Primary Objective:

The position is part of the events department and works with multiple event managers to ensure hospitality, sales, and coordination of private events for The Restaurant People locations in Miami.


Operational Objective

· Ensuring service satisfaction to all guests

· Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.

· Manage flow of inquiries through events department (minimum 48 hours call back)

· Coordinate with store level management on a daily and weekly basis on events

· Ensure Execution of off-site events when applicable



· Join and participate in local boards, non-profit organization, & business organization

· Regional, State and National networking for event leads.


Location: Miami

Hours: Estimated 50 Hours per week

Report to: Director of Events
