Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and professional manner

Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient flow of guests

Communicate effectively with guests and team members to provide seamless service

Handle guest inquires and special requests with grace and efficiency

Assist with managing the waitlist and keeping guests informed of wait times

Ensure the entrance and waiting area are clean and inviting

Be the first and last impression for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience
Qualifications

1 year previous experience in customer service role preferred

Open table experience, not a must but a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays

A positive attitude and team player mindset

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome
