Position Summary:
The VIP Marketing Host will drive revenue by cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and potential VIP guests. This role is integral to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences at TRP establishments (Rooftop 1WLO/O Lounge). The VIP Marketing Host is also responsible for social media engagement, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring seamless communication and event execution across all venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to VIP guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty by exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain a visible presence in both venues to build guest relationships and handle any needs or inquiries.
  • Actively engage on social media to promote events, enhance brand visibility, and attract new clientele.
  • Ensure all guests are aware of upcoming events and assist in executing these events to a high standard.
  • Meet minimum weekly goals for VIP table sales and guest list numbers at assigned venues (Rooftop 1WLO/O Lounge).
  • Enter all VIP table reservations into OpenTable/Tock with complete guest information (name, cell number, email address). Incomplete reservations will not count toward performance metrics or commission eligibility.
  • Complete all assigned marketing and social media tasks as requested by management in a timely manner.

Guest Service Expectations:

  • Provide a warm and engaging experience, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Uphold the TRP values by committing to excellent guest service for both external guests and internal teams at all times.
  • Build strong guest loyalty through personalized, professional, and efficient service interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant or nightlife setting.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance that aligns with TRP standards.

Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, often involving evening and weekend shifts.
