Ring in the new year at Rosa Sky’s “Roaring Rosé” New Year’s Eve celebration from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. General admission tickets are available, or for a more elevated experience, table reservations are offered along with an exclusive prix-fixe Menu from 6 p.m. to midnight. The prix-fixe menu includes appetizers like cauliflower croquettes and Thai salt cod and pink shrimp croquettes served with a saffron tartare sauce and Champagne dressing. For the main course, savor surf and turf featuring jerk-crusted beef tenderloin, a lobster-crab cake, and a miso-sweet plantain purée, or opt for the jerk charred eggplant medallions with blood orange and charred scallion-ginger chimichurri for a vegetarian option. Finish your meal with the decadent “Chocolate Temptation Cake,” topped with blackberry-pomegranate salsa and cashew crumble for a sweet finish to your celebration.
New Year’s Eve at Giselle will be a celebration with its “Nightfall” menu with starters like Kumamoto oysters and caviar and truffle wagyu dumplings with umami Japanese sweet potato and bonito flakes. Entrée choices include “Cornish Hen Diavolo” served with fingerling potatoes and broccolini, or miso-glazed Chilean sea bass with baby bok choy, citrus miso sauce, and eggplant.
